This is a shelf stable product which I think is a big plus ➕
This didn't have the most flavour on its own but it tasted nice in the enchiladas I put it in.
You really have to pull the chunks apart to get a "pulled" texture.
This has soya 🫛 as well as mushrooms 🍄 so the protein level is pretty good too.
