This was nice enough, though it could have done with way more vegetables & less tempeh.
More salad, more beetroot, more chickpeas.
I don’t feel this is substantial enough on its own.
Not spicy 🌶️ enough either.
I opted for the olive oil as a dressing.
I prefer Tracy’s Favourite Salad from Prive, for value and quantity.
