There are a few vegan friendly instant miso soups but they are not always easy to find, as bonito is a common ingredient.
These instant soup packets come four to a pack. The soup is quick and easy to prepare. Not necessarily healthful but definitely a comforting and warm soup/drink that is especially nice on cold days. The flavor is different from other miso soups but I’ve had. It is savory but doesn’t satisfy a miso soup craving. Not bad tasting, but different. Wouldn’t repurchase.
