These rice noodles are a nice alternative to the wheat version. The noodles cook quickly and go with any meal. They are filling and there's plenty in the package.
Here I cooked the rice noodles in a turmeric-infused water, and paired them with airfried tofu mixed with a soy sauce; along with carrots and steamed broccoli. Then topped with half an avocado and toasted seeds.
