I’ve taken to keeping a carton or two of this #soyacream from #alpro in the fridge for those nights I feel like some real #comfortfood, which - for me - typically involves #pasta. Since the cream itself doesn’t have a distinct flavour, I find it perfect for using in creamy sauces.
My favourite dish to make? Chop up onion, garlic, and veggies (eg. mushrooms, peppers, aubergine, peas, etc.) and fry in a little olive oil with a splash of balsamic vinegar. Stir in the cream, add a veggie stock cube, some beans / chickpeas, and season as needed. Serve with your favourite pasta and top with #avocado and #veganfeta. Quick, easy, and more-ish 🤤
