I’ve fallen in love with Sri Lankan 🇱🇰 food!

So much of it is like a better version of Indian food. It feels healthier, with cleaner ingredients, less oil and less gravies. But 10x more flavor thanks to the incredible spices and textures!

This potato curry was served with incredibly delicious parathas that almost felt like they were steamed because they were so light and fluffy.
