Ok I’ll admit these were deep fried but I could have eaten 10 of them! I could have put them in a bun, or stuffed them in a wrap, eaten them with rice or just by themselves. They were so good! The perfect way to start an incredibly delicious meal at this all vegan institution of Sri Lankan 🇱🇰 food in Singapore 🇸🇬
