I didn't realize that I missed blue cheese until another vegan told me about Follow Your Heart vegan blue cheese. I wouldn't have bought it if it wasn't for the high praise. It looks and tastes very much like blue cheese made with dairy. Now I make salads more often so I can sprinkle some blue cheese in them. I also add it to soup. Delicious!
