We finally got the chance to try this 100% vegan pizzeria that opened months ago just around the corner. I have been following the owner for a while and also got to try one of his pizzas at the latest #berlinpizzafestival, and I was really curious to try more.
All his pizzas have a crazy soft and fluffy and perfect dough,
This one has vegan sour cream, roasted potatoes, caramelised onions, fresh rosemary and truffle oil. I couldn't really taste the truffle oil but the rest was magnificent. I would maybe add some pepper and consider intensifying the mushroom taste (a mushroom cream maybe?). But this is already a great pizza, especially if you are a #potatolover like me.
