Also from the specials menu: “traditional Filipino breakfast of sweet and savoury seitan strips, garlic rice, and sautéed tofu scramble”, $20.50.

A bit of an off day for Dicki’s as they’re usually super good, this time our meals took a good half hour to arrive and nothing on this plate was very hot - particularly the tofu scramble which was straight up cold. The seitan saved the meal though, the tender strips were deliciously smokey, sweet and salty.
