Next Level founders, Matt and Cierra de Gruyter, took their big idea and risked everything to see it come to life. Cierra and Matt, a former Marine with a successful private equity career, had a comfortable life for their young family. This was delicious! I love that it was made with whole-food ingredients. It has a golden, flaky pastry and is filled with vegetables, nuts, whole grains, savory mushrooms, and herbs.
