This ice cream was so fun to have in the summer. It was so awesome to have root beer floats! It has been so long since I've had one! This ice cream was perfect for it, and it's so rare to see vegan ice cream in a container larger than a pint! The vanilla flavor was really prominent. Oat milk ice cream doesn't have my favorite texture, but this one was pretty good.
