#Cachopo is such an original product and I buy one every December (it’s a tradition now). It’s also too expensive to buy on a regular basis. This year we tried this Blue Mountain one, with #veganbacon and #bluecheese - the latter has a very strong taste, a little bit too much even. So my favourite is still the cachopo with sweet onions, although I cannot recall the name
