The consistency on this dish is hilarious 😅 but it’s always amazing!
On some days they #deepfry the #tofu a whole lot more than others while sometimes they go completely overboard with the #sauce 😂
It’s super #umami and when they get the #deepfried skin just right, the soft #silkentofu interior balances everything out so perfectly 😋
If your dining for two, this and a #friedrice for one is a perfect meal (vegetables aside) 🤭 This portion, small, will set you back RM13. That’s just over one ringgit per piece 🤩
