🐌🧄🧈 Oh yum! This was #shiitake #mushroom 🍄‍🟫made to resemble #escargot or snails which I did try once in France 🇫🇷before going #plantbased. 🌱It’s just strips of the mushroom perfectly cooked with🍾 #whitewine #lemon 🍋 #garlic #nooch #veganbutter with B12. There were lots of herbs too maybe parsley🌿? Loads of the dishes here are also #glutenfree which is helpful for some. Totally recommend. #veganrestaurant #saveveganrestaurants Please support this fantastic restaurant as it was too quiet for a Friday night for our liking.
