🌱 #plantbased #veganrestaurant that will really knock your socks off! We got this when they had run out of the aubergine/eggplant sadly but it was a wonderful choice. While very pricey for us, it was awesome. The #vegansalmon looked and tasted very close to the original and even flaked like fish 🐟does. The menu describes that this is eco friendly and made from fermented #soy 🫛with 20 grams of #protein per serving and lots of omega 3s. It was served with a delectable #garlic 🧄baby #spinach 🌿and smooth #potato 🥔purée. There’s also a🍋 #lemon #capers #butter 🧈over the top. The attention to detail is impressive. I preferred this main while my partner preferred the filet. It’s definitely a place to go for special occasions 🎉🎂as the prices are eye watering. 😢This seems to be the case all over though.
