Yakimono. This has 3 things on it.
I forgot what the one on the left is 🤣🤣
The little yellow thing is a Japanese chestnut 🌰, which is way sweeter than the usual.
The ‘ribs’ are basically roasted Japanese yam 🍠 wrapped with tofu.
Again, delicious.
