The idea looked amazing because I love everything bean and seed and am always looking for natural alternatives to processed foods. However, the patty was very unappealing in appearance, taste, feel and smell. The appearance alone put me off of it but I overlooked that because usually more natural foods don’t have a factory-perfect shape. But the taste was very bad and it smelt fizzy almost, I don’t know how to explain it. The texture was like mush. Very disappointing. What upsets me most is if a non-vegan decided to try those they would be put off of veganism for life. And it sucks because the idea is good.
