#bowl with hand made #falafels, green hummus, tahini yogurt sauce, kalamata olives, beetroot, shredded lettuce, marinated red onions, sauerkraut, chili paprika, pita bread.
Too much sour and salty ingredients and not enough pita bread to eat it with and balance it out. Falafels were quite good. But overall this dish felt like something I’d make at home when I’m not in a mood to cook anything special.
