The tasties tofu I’ve ever had. Firm, squishy texture with lots of flavour and almond and sesame seeds. I often end up eating 1/2 a cube of this raw when I need a quick easy dinner, & I love it cold & plain which I couldn’t say about most tofu. It’s a credit to how well made & seasoned this is. Obviously it’s a shame about the plastic, but I don’t know how they’d avoid this given the juices which need sealing, & it’s air tight so they use as little as possible. It is the most expensive tofu I’ve ever eaten, but worth it for an occasional treat. Though I’d eat this all the time if it was more affordable.
