The vegan menu here is off the charts! No less than 61 dishes according to their online ordering system.

This was described as “vegan buttered bao, chatpate chole (chickpeas), potato, Spanish onion, lemon juice, green chilli, coriander, crispy noodles, masala”.

An interesting entree, never had anything like this before. The bao was fluffy and the filling tasty. Came with a side of some sort of creamy garlic sauce, not sure exactly what it was but the waitress assured us it was vegan.
