I'm obsessed with the Coconut Sambol from Jungle Kitchen. It's a great vegan-friendly flavour maker! It's SGD$16 per can of 400g. I usually consume 50g per serving and freeze the rest.
I made a cucumber maki with it, and a rice, cucumber, avocado, seaweed bowl with a side of wakame seaweed soup for a quick lunch.
