Umm how did I not know about this place? A whole vegan menu at Koshigaya Kitchen Japanese Restaurant. Some standouts on the menu are the katsu curry, ramwn with mock meats, popcorn chicken and the dragon roll sushi. Great place to take all your friends for dinner.
