Unfortunately this pic doesn’t do the dish justice, because it looks a little bit messy in the take-out bowl. But this daal bowl is not only delicious but beautifully presented too. The main ingredients are red lentils, cauliflower, a rhubarb mango chutney and coconut milk. It’s so rich and flavorful, it makes for a very satisfying meal.
