Seriously, coming to Japan has raised my expectations for ramen so much! This bowl of ramen is a work of art, in terms of looks and taste. Broth is rich yet well balanced in its flavours. Noodles were al dente. Vegetables were fresh, crunchy and naturally sweet. Near Omote-Sando Station. Opens 6pm-9:30pm daily, except Mon. #veganramen #tokyo #musttry
