The second course for this dinner was a lovely soup! It's too bad it was so warm out when this event took place at the end of October. The soup would be much more at home in our current weather. This soup was made with kale, white bean and Linguiça sausage. The sausage that The Herbivorous Butcher made was really amazing. It had a great smoky flavor that was really great in a soup! This was served with some rosemary crackers as well.
