
This consisted of butternut squash, mushrooms, garlic, spinach, sage sour cream, oat milk, and al dente pasta. Topped with walnuts. It was creamy, flavorful, comforting, and satisfying. It’s a special for Veganizer PDX’s World Vegan Month Celebration and a portion of the proceeds will benefit Red Cross hurricane relief. (Soy-free as well as gluten-free and vegan)

Pumpkin Pie Smoothie – This consisted of coconut milk, bananas, pumpkin, Epic organic vanilla plant protein, maple syrup, and pumpkin spice blend. It was thick and creamy with a fantastic flavor profile.
