I really like this! I’ve made #cashew parm at home but this is tastier than my attempts. It’s not a replica of grated #parmesan, as it doesn’t melt or anything, but is an alternative in that it fills a similar role. I’ve had this with a variety of dishes and it’s been great on everything so far. My omni friends didn’t complain when I served it with pasta so I’d say its #omniapproved
