Stereo is one of my favourite vegan restaurants in Scotland, I love how different some of their menu options are. The polenta here was creamy and infused with shiitake mushroom flavour, the veg was fresh and satisfying and the bright green gremolata was an explosion of flavour, it tasted like wild garlic was in there .
