You have to make sure to sub Daiya for the shredded cheese, but otherwise it's all vegan. It's $24, a lot for a salad, but actually super filling, with lots of #beyondchicken , #blackbeans , and #freshveggies . I didn't like the addition of flavourless plain tortilla chips, and I wish it was mixed greens instead of romain. The dressing is creamy and flavourful, but not overpowering.
