This consisted of soft and slippery rice noodles, fresh tofu, assorted vegetables including broccoli, carrots, zucchini, summer squash, celery, and cabbage, sprouts, onion, cilantro, garlic oil, and flavorful, aromatic house vegetable broth. It was comforting and satisfying.
