A delicious #bulgur and #lentil salad with #cucumber #tomato and #onion for dinner.
I normally don't buy salads or nor am I a huge fan of ready meals, but I will also not cook just for one person. I must say, this portion was too much, even though I shared it with the kids. Deliciousness ✅️ easy meal ✅️ filling ✅️ healthy ✅️ but oh my soul, this is very expensive!!!!!! The hummus dressing was also YUM, but I think it was more like a tahini sauce.
Punnet is made from 30% ♻️ material and all other plastic can be ♻️.
