A breakfast sandwich on focaccia bread! This was big and fresh. The bread had a delicious garlic flavor to it, and the scramble was perfectly seasoned. They added a lot of avocado as well. I do think it could have used some type of meat protein on here to fully complete the flavor. But overall a really yummy different take on a breakfast sandwich. I popped it in the oven for a few minutes to warm it up since it did arrive kind of cold from delivery.
