didn't like this cream cheese. as many others, it's based on coconut fat and almond protein but unlike many others, it's not creamy/smooth at all but rather hard and crumbly. i find simplyv or violife better.
for your info, contains added sugar and is high in saturated fatty acids (28,2g/100g)
