Cooper’s American Pancake Combo is now available seven days a week at Mirisata! When first introducing their brunch menu, this dish was only available on the weekends, but they’re generously offering it every morning they’re open now. 🎉 🥞
Mirisata is known for their tasty Sri Lankan dishes, and I definitely encourage you to go try these dishes ! But, if you’re feeling like a more traditional breakfast, then they’ve got your back. This dish comes with #justegg scrambled to perfection, a hashbrown mitten, and two fluffy pancakes with vegan butter and real maple syrup. 🍁 For $2 you can add blueberries or chocolate chips to the pancakes, 🤩 and I of course opted for blueberries. 🫐
This dish was exactly what I wanted—a mixture of sweet & salty. 😋 I love that they use Just Egg instead of tofu for their scrambles, and I wish more places made the switch. Anyone else with me ?
