First time trying this braised #tofu . The 5 spice was reminiscent of the aromatic broth of Thai soups that I enjoy. Not super flavorful just subtly so. It's rather wet which I wasn't a bit fan of , somehow I thought it would be more dry like a baked tofu. So far I've just snacked on it and eaten as is from the package which is sometimes what goes down with me and the fu. I bet it would be really good in some soup! Firm texture.
