The deliciousness and value for money of this was insane! I got this enormous bowl that could have fed two people for just $24! I loaded it with three kinds of mushrooms, broccoli and boy choi, rice noodles, tapioca noodles, taro sticks, tofu skin, fried tofu sticks, and topped it with red fermented tofu, sesame paste, garlic, peanuts, green onion, and fried peas. Needless to say, I was absolutely bursting at the seams trying to finish this.
All of the ingredients are kept neatly organised and clearly labelled, with a really wide variety of mushroom, vegetable, and tofu options. Just ask for the vegetarian version of the tomato soup base and you’re good to go.
