This is probably one of the best vegan carrot muffins and maybe even the best carrot muffin that I’ve ever had. It was just the right amount of sweetness, not overly sweet. It was moist delicious it had little pieces of nuts and raisins. It was just next level, it was so good the fact that it vegan and gluten-free just adds to the goodness.
