Somehow I had forgotten how good the #ayampenyet here is 🙈 It’s literally just deep-fried #hericiummushroom so I don’t know how my brain didn’t store that information 🧠

You’re looking at it repurposed from leftovers for a whole tonne of #takeout we ordered for @m1tch9i’s birthday on the beach 😛 We had 4 cancellations on the day itself so were left with so much leftovers 🙃 Note to self: Always order less!

It’s really #soyummy and it keeps perfectly for days because there’s little to no moisture in the #mushroom once they’re this #deepfried 🤪 We had it with #friedrice but frankly since it’s just myself at home at the moment I’ve just been using them for padding in my #girldinner adventures 💆‍♀️
