Unfortunately this picture doesn’t give it justice, but this dish usually looks very nice. This time I had to take it to go so it wasn’t served in a fancy ceramic bowl and the ingredients moved around a little bit making it look a little messy. But it’s also a super healthy lunch: Quinoa, beetroot hummus,Broccoli, Tofu, Avocado, sweet potatoes, Cashew-Dressing and salad. Everything tastes so fresh and flavorful. It is a little bit expensive (22 chf) so for this reason this cannot be my lunch on a regular basis, but I like to treat myself to it once in a while! Also always happy to support a #fullyvegan restaurant 💚
