Not the finest #whitewine I'll ever have, not even close, but then this is something I'll not be able to get anywhere else, so it was very much a case of "if not now then when" #fomo 😅

Coming up with a collection of 10 or so wines that you can only consume as a guest in one of their 56 villas is such a Six Senses thing to do 😎 We were having a Thai dinner at the outstanding Nithan restaurant, and knew that our #wine had to hold its own against some of the stronger flavours coming our way. In most other circumstances, this #cheninblanc would be a bit difficult to pair. Definitely not one for relaxed afternoon sipping in the absence of savouries (or spicies 😛)
