Burma 🇲🇲 is this incredible country with so much history, including a culinary legacy that’s influenced by the five countries surrounding it: China 🇨🇳 India 🇮🇳 Thailand 🇹🇭 Bangladesh 🇧🇩 and Laos 🇱🇦

And so I was thrilled when @mrsgarg planned a date night at this new Burmese hot spot in Singapore! For a menu with about 40 things on it, they were also quite generous in making me feel super welcome, with tons of vegan options or things that could be #veganized!

There’s not much to say about this tofu dish besides that it was incredible! It was slightly nutty and a little tangy and bursting with spices. Definitely my favorite option of the night and I think I could have eaten 5 plates of this delicious dish!
