FOX Food MarketのTofu and rice —Vegsusのレビュー（2024年6月29日）

Both of these are side dishes from Bap and Dak in Fox Food Market. They tasted really good, and as a self-proclaimed #tofu connoisseur, I can say the crispy tofu was magnificent. However, the food market had limited vegan options, and those available were rarely marked. Yes, there is a separate area within the menu indicating a few #vegetarian options, but that’s not enough because they don’t indicate if dairy, eggs, or other non-vegan items are present. Additionally, the staff often did not know which options were vegan. I had to combine side dishes as my main meal, which is not normal in 2024—maybe in 2012, but not now.

Now, getting to my rant. This issue is not unique to this place. In Belgium, menu items are not labeled with allergens, making it difficult for both customers and staff. Does anyone know if there is a #petition for this?
