It was a gift from the universe to finally have a meal today that I thoroughly enjoyed as I was unwell and completely lost my appetite for days!
Enter this amazing pizza and I finally am nourished again. We customized this gluten free
#pesto based pizza and added sundried tomatoes, extra pesto, spinach and olives. The base is so unique, it's sticky rice and chickpea. It has that gooey rice flour consistency that is so chewy and satisfying!
The green wonder already comes with vegan cheese, sunflower sprouts, broccoli, peppers plus pumpkin seeds !
I ordered this through Grab which made it pricier and with all the extras this pizza wasn't cheap at all, it was 497 baht but between 2 people it was well worth it and sooo filling ! And this pizza was RESILIENT. It went through 2 long scooter adventures, with the grab driver first and then us ...through multiple shops and even through a torrential rain shower which soaked us completely. the box was looking haggard...but this pizza was so stable and left unscathed. 😂
