The Burnt Tongue

@sueprozak and I met up in Dundas, Ontario and ended up at Burnt Tongue. They had 1 vegan soup, 1 #vegan #sandwich and 1 vegan burger. Glad they had something for us.
We each got the full sandwich and large soup. I wasn't expecting much about the soup, to be honest. But it was SO GOOD! I was pleasantly surprised. It has #sweetpotato, #coconutmilk, #greenlentils, #kale, #onion, #garlic, #ginger, #coriander, #chiliflake, #tumeric, #cumin and #vegetablestock. It was $8 and it was a great amount of #soup. I would get this again.
You could get either carrot sticks, an apple or this deeeelicious bun on the side. I'd highly recommend this bun for dunking in the soup. It was divine.
It was suuuupperr busy at lunch and the male cashier wasn't the friendliest and didn't know which items were vegan, so that was a bit concerning. But hopefully he was just having an off moment.
