In terms of taste: yes! Great! Very tender and full of flavour! You won't have to season it at all, very greasy, all the goodness!
Do be wary that it's not as firm as lamb meat when you put it around the skewers. When I wanted to transfer the skewer from the plate to the grill it did fall apart and all on the floor - yelp! So handle this with care. But it grills amazingly on the barbecue and when you reheat it the day after - no problemo. Again a 10/10 for Redefine Meat !
