MERCY Vegan FactoryのJapanese curry —Vegsusのレビュー（2024年6月9日）

Another #curry post from me. Unlike several North Indian curries that rely on dairy products to thicken them, Japanese curry uses vegetables and flour for thickening. This is probably why it's much easier to find vegan curry options in Japan.

Anyway, this curry was absolutely delicious and came with lots of fried local vegetables. The only downside os the portion of rice which is a bit too small. Other than that, everything is great. This place also sells other local veganised items like, egge sandwich, fruit sandwich, baked items etc. I would definitely go back to try their other items. I believe, they also sell frozen vegan pastries.
