I do not usually order salad but this sounded good. Wildseed is a fully vegan restaurant that serves a seasonal changing menu. This salad was very large and filling, with diverse textures and flavors from the gem lettuces, shaved carrots, cucumber, pickled red onion, shaved radishes, puffed millet, nutritional yeast and vegan dill ranch.
