A vegan burger take on a traditional dish. You get to choose between grilled or a fried patty (#soy): I went grilled on this occasion. I also swapped the bun for a lettuce wrap for no extra charge, effectively turning this burger into a salad 😉. It was a teensy bit messy with the lettuce, but well worth the swap. The flavours layered beautifully, the combination of sweet soy sauce and the fragrant garlic/ginger chilli sauce. Plus tomatoes and cucumbers (and lettuce). You can request some more add-ons if you like. Proper yummers. Points all round. #hainanesechicken #veganburger

Woodleigh branch of Singapore’s Veganburg. An overwhelming number of burgers to choose from, with optional extras, plus a range of sides and desserts, all vegan. Major allergens not listed, however they do specify if an item contains onions.
