Review of Paella Vegana at Can Font - Spanish Restaurant & Tapas by pdxveg

This consisted of saffron vegetable stock-flavored rice, roasted seasonal vegetables including purple and yellow cauliflower, red bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, snow peas, eggplant, and turnips, savory, herby, vegan sausage, sofrito, picada sauce, and bright, smoky, earthy sundried tomato-piquillo sauce. When served on-site, everything is all mixed together and perhaps I should have done this before the photo, but it all looked and smelled so good that I couldn’t wait to eat it. Indeed, it was as delicious as it looks. (gluten- and nut-free)
